How to choose a ride request
- Accept requests when the route is convenient for you. Pay attention to the passenger's options and comments, and also to their rating. Also you'll see if the route includes stops, airport fee or toll roads
- Accept orders in neighbourhoods you know, and use the GPS apps like Waze or Google Maps to save your own time and your passenger's
- Accept orders from passengers with children only if you have a car seat
- Specify your exact pickup time. If you are running late, call the passenger and let them know
- Try to pull up as close as possible to the pickup and destination points
- Only tell the passenger you have arrived when you are at the pickup point. Mark the ride as completed when you reach the address specified, not earlier
How to accept a ride request
- Open the request list.
- Select a ride request that suits you. Each contains both addresses and the price, and displays the passenger's rating and picture.
- When you arrive at the pickup location, tap 'I'm here' button.
- If there is no one at the pickup location, call the passenger.
- Try not to cancel accepted orders so your Priority doesn't decrease.
You will receive push notifications of new ride requests near you. Skip them if the conditions do not suit you.
